Terms of Service

These terms apply to amirweiss.com and our booking and client forms (awform.amirweiss.com and awtform.amirweiss.com). By using the forms you agree to them.
The forms
- The forms let artists, agencies, labels and partners request bookings and send the details we need to work together.
- You confirm your email address (by code or Google Sign-In) so that only you can see and update your saved details.
- Please provide accurate information and submit only data you are allowed to share, including for other artists you represent.
- A form submission is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, under the fees and conditions agreed for that job.
Acceptable use
Don't use the forms to send spam, harmful content or someone else's personal data without permission, and don't attempt to access other clients' information or disrupt the service. We may block access that breaks these rules.
Photos, video and rights
Usage rights, delivery times, raw-material access and payment terms for photo and video work are set in the quote or agreement for each booking. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Transformational Eye keeps the copyright in the material it creates.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the forms available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or forms.
